@odogujoe677

@XEDITZ28

Please what's the company , 1re they international ? Like do they gove their service in neighboring country ???

These houses are overpriced and what’s luxury about this 😤

@ucok3951

Brother what is the cost for the architectural drawings?

@wagyenibee768

Looking at the lawns, and the proximity of the first floor level to the ground, when it rains where will the flood water flow to ? Are there outlets for the water to flow away from the property.?

@RonaldCosten-ct3vp

I CANT DO STEPS MY LEGS WERE CRUSHED

@Mikolo212

The advertiser you have heard it all..They said the house is max $100-$150,000

No one will buy this crap for even $200,000

@isaacasare2165

If 250,000 dollars too expensive, you can try and buy a land at the same location and build yourself. Then you can compare, 2007 I bought a land in that area was cheap but today land there so expensive. I try to come down to ghana and see things for myself very expensive. Importing things to the country very expensive

@Uncle-Basil

I have to say that I am impressed with the quality of these homes, there is a high standard of excellence with the finishing…congrats on that.

@ronaldessel9095

Funny Ghanaian developers!! How come that high cost? You had all the building materials in Ghana for the building so why that expensive cost? All the environment are full of mosquitoes.

@PatrickPatrick-divoc

I will offer $300k for any of the last 3 left , l like it

@patrickjensen5602

If you have 250 k , just relax….30 or 40 k dollars can get you a land at a cool location and 200k can build you a mansion

@keng4560

150$ Airbnb available for short stay kindly hit me up

@bernicebankstv

Nonsense

@edmund6392

One question….are African property developers allergic to planting trees??? wtf

@jasminekelson4990

with all due respect I can never say that any house I have seen remotely is of the calibre of an american home. No way. Ghana does not know how to finish houses in the smae way. The kitchens, even the placement of the kitchedn, there is no understanding of this. Ghanaians just build an d with all this ugly pop. Its 2024, do better. The houses arent bad, just nowhere near the US calibre.

@MsMiscelaneous

Way too expensive

@ntiyaladavid5943

Very nice place

@zeeqq105

That is super overpriced. If the locals can’t buy it then we can’t either. Once moving there we won’t be making American dollars. So it makes no sense to buy a house that cost that much. Only to become broke and have to leave. People don’t seem to think ahead. All yall doing is creating another form of poverty. But the home is gorgeous. I’m just not trynna go broke there.

@amalokko7823

Please do something about your prices. 😢

@yolandatubin8126

Ridiculous prices can get a 4 bed home in Texas for that where I have good roads continuous electricity water cleaner air and side walks.

@samuelade1377

Ghana/Nigeria and exploitation🤝

@slaveman2818

This low standard just look at how fin the sidewalk is and 90% of this place has no sidewalks

@multipolarworld.

One thing I hate about most Africans is that they always want to follow the West in everything.
Africans won't be able to afford a house soon even now.

@maamentifo1603

Why do they even sell in Dollars knowing our Currencies are Cedis?
Oh Ghana, when will the average person live a normal life, let alone buy a house or whatever you call it?
Its ridiculous 😮

@frankiijay4903

Very true , only two of these houses are occupied, criminals, you think $200k is easy money to throw away
