How much is the sourvery and indenture pls
How I wished this video earlier. Nonetheless I have learnt a lot from you Efia.
From another Ghanian source I have learned that foreigners cannot buy, but only lease for max. 50 years with the option to renew. Renewal is not automatically granted. This is done to ensure the land of Ghana at all times to the original inhabitants.
Recently I heard that with Vested lands, you only need a Cadastral site plan plus a layout plan before you can register the land at the lands Commission. Someone at the Lands Commission said there is not need doing an indenture. How valid is this

The show is very educative. Thank you
Ghana must pass strong laws against the scourges , despicable, so called landguards,…. What he forgets to mention is that you have to pay bribe through out each step of the process.
It takes years to do transfer. The system is so corrupt that , a transfer I started last year has not been done, I was told the lawyer to sign it was on Christmas holiday and until now he hasn't returned. Land commission is one of the most corrupt institution in Ghana
Wants a clarification: did I correctly hear that after indenture is signed and witnessed by both parties, one would have to go to the court for signing before it’s taken to the lands commission for registration?
