Kamala Harris seems to have major Problems with going off Script and/or trying very hard to think up Answers to Un-Scripted Reporters Questions. Sometimes it seems like her Brain Half Ways "Shorts Out", and she starts up with her very dumb "Cacklings", then trying very hard to put her Thoughts out in Sentences, her Brain goes into "Word Salad Talking" Mode.
Clearly this seems to be why Kamala Harris "Handler's/Controllers" do NOT want her to talk at Un-Scripted Reporters Press Conferences where she will get Un-Scripted Reporters Questions. The Handler's/Controllers wishes and tries to about only have her talk at Political Rally(s), where she Knows the Pre-Written Script, and there will be a Tele-Prompter nearby to help her out of the "Forgot the words" Situations!
