  1. One error, you talk about the domestic water buffalo, but you show footage presumably from Kaziranga, which would host wild water buffalo. They look wild as well. Wild water buffalo are distinct, much bigger than domestic, and are extremely endangered.

    I also think it is strange you include the line about nutritional imbalances. There is no nutritional imbalance that eating water buffalo flesh helps with. The per capita meat consumption in SEA is low anyway, maybe excluding fish.

    But I love bovids so much and this was great, have been following every artiodactyl video. Just have to point this out, sorry. Can't wait for part 2

I have friends that because of some kind of Mental Disorder raises Bison, these are One Ton animals that can get very aggressive and just normal operations has them tearing everything up, Fencing has got to be -A#1 super strong. I do not scare easily by critters (I've yet to meet anything I couldn't take down first, I live in Ky., I have Toys), but I am seriously wary around these giants P.S.- Bison is perhaps the healthiest red meat you can eat, truth.

As someone that raised Black Angus cattle at one time I can testify that the only things Angus cattle does well, besides making some Kick-A$$ steaks, is Eat, Poop, Loudly Complain constantly about Eating, and Getting Out, and you can count on them getting out in the absolute worse weather and time, Always loved that 01:00 AM call from your neighbor saying your Cattle is on the road in a driving hard sleet storm, and you can Forget about trying to get them back in the way they got out, that is Never going to happen I was incredibly happy the day I sold the Last One
