Thanks, I was born and brought up in swaziland and my neighbours would always count us in when ever they cooked ligusha… I absolutely love this dish and now I get to cook it for my kids thanks to your tutorial….

They Call it slime since it’s so slimy
Yummy indeed
I was a missionary kid living in Manzini over 50 years ago. Women would come and pick greens for Ligusha from our backyard. I am working on writing the story of my childhood and was thrilled to find this video. I think I will try this recipe using swiss chard for the greens. I grow lots of swiss chard and could use more recipes for it. Thank you!
I really enjoyed watching, thank you so much. Been wanting to learn how to make ligusha instead of being at the messy of relatives.
It’s really done wonders for my health a cup of it every morning, energises and my bones not so achy.
And that lijujo is the one👌🏽😅 looks like it’s served so many generations in your family.
