THIS is why big Hollywood should be avoided! This is still happening today. Epic movies make studios a lot of money, but at what cost to the actors? I know it's better than it was in the 20's-50's, but it's not actually changed in many ways, just morphed into something more palatable. Big studios don't care about the actors still. All they want is profit. I get that being an actor is coveted by many, but at what cost will you sell your soul to big Hollywood?
