If they were able to read with comprehension, they might understand that the $750 is for the IMMEDIATE EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE, for food and water, baby formula and food, diapers, clothing, toiletries, medication, or other necessities, and temporary shelter such as a hotel room, while they apply for other assistance. The $750 is not all they get.
