Hey, ya’ll! Today’s video is 10 MINUTE YOGA FOR BEGINNERS. During this practice we will be doing more basic poses which I tried to explain thoroughly & provide modifications if you are indeed a beginner. I enjoy your videos especially the beginner's yoga and I appreciate that you remind us that we can modify the steps to make sure we don't injure ourselves. Recently my sciatica has become a little more intense and yesterday I came back to one of your videos and did it before doing my exercises and this morning I felt a little less pain. Thank you for this video! It was lovely. Would you consider offering one that demonstrates some of the modifications for particular poses? I notice most teachers suggest modifying but they usually don’t share them. Namaste.
I'm not a beginner anymore but I still like doing beginner practices from time to time especially when I haven't done yoga for a few days… More gentle on the body & mind and easier to sink into upcoming practices for the week. 😊 Thank you Nico! ❤️
