Hey Sebastian! Very insightful video, i have a question about the "pick 10 products within the niche" why choose 10 within the niche when you're typically testing one product?
I'm slightly confused by the first decision point on your flow chart, IF No, you don't "find 10 products in that niche" then the sequence flow goes to "Keep building out a product backlog" which then has a sequence flow to "Finish"

The biggest problem is advertising in the right place. I'm not going to promote wrinkle creams, let's say, on TikTok when the major demographic is 15 to 26. A video on how to figure out WHERE your audience is, would be really helpful.
