all laws are a collective agreement. Otherwise they would never change. If someone would try to claim that there are some "natural laws", or morality can only be given by an external force like god or religion, then it's up to them to explain why over time laws and morality change. Because it shouldn't. There also shouldn't be any variation depending on location. And yet depending on time and location laws and morals vary and change.
