The truth is that American universities are shutting down because many foreign countries like China, India, etc. are not attending US colleges/universities anymore. This stupid ambassador is sounding as if they're doing Ghanaians some 'favor'

It’s a brilliant idea for the students to study abroad especially in the US. The US has excellent colleges and universities.
The hope is that most of the students will return to Ghana after gaining about 5 years work experience. Their education and work experience will help build up Ghana.
Why do our education system allow USA to milk our bright minds out of the country ? At this young age ,oh Ghana 🇬🇭
