The question is which flag should Black Americans choose from the multiplicity of Black American flags, the Pan-Africanist flag vs The Black American flag.

There are two America's. A Black America descendents of enslaved persons & White America descendents of slave holders & persons given land grants & full citizenship. Therefore, there are two flags.
