  2. I really love this video. Teaches so much knowledge about them. Roasting the testicle is the norm in 🇯🇲 I see similarities. Culture separation from the ladies while eating meat is different

  4. Well in Poland we make sausages with grains like buckwheat and pig's blood, fat and things like liver, lungs, and tongues mixed together and put into the animal (cleared) intestines 😊 Seems kind of similar so I think this meal must be good actually 😄 Of course we barely do it by ourselves in the XXI century (maybe in some villages or families who have a butcher relatives) but we like those sausages so much that you can buy them at any local store or even in the supermarket 😁 We fry them with an onion or grill them and eat with for. eg. pickles 😊 It's called "kaszanka".
Also we have a traditional soup which is a broth which is made fro a duck's, goose's or rabbit's parts and mixed with the animal blood, vinegar and spices like dried plums, apples, cinnamon, clovers …. It's called "czernina" – the black soup, cause of it's colour when the blood gongeals. The soup traditionally was given to a guest who proposed to a girl but the family didn't accept him. It was considered a polite way of saying to that person that he's not a good part (without saying a word) 😂. Now we just eat it (seldom but still).

  5. So exciting to see! You've revived very fond memories of my grandpa making this when I was 8-9 years old and giving to us. And put a name to it – I always remembered eating something crunchy from the blood mixture but didn't even know its name. He was half-Maasai so I'm glad he shared that part of his culture with his grandchildren
