How on earth could the unelected billionaire PM Rishi Sunak understand the finances in the Rwanda idea ? He can't its an impossibility to a Unelected billionaire UK PM he's never had to think about the costs of anything in his life.
He doesn't represent the UK citizens in the slightest.

FYI All 10 amendments were rejected, including allowing courts to question Rwanda's safety. The government insists Rwanda is safe.
The Supreme Court previously ruled the Rwanda plan unlawful, on the grounds it could lead to human rights breaches.
