The cooker didn't come with warranty??? Personally I don't buy gadgets like this if they don't come with warranty.

They owe you another cooker. You here should be a warranty on it so get a free one. Complain to the company manufacturer. Something seems fishy about that company. I’ve never seen a stove top do that even at 20 yrs ago. 😢

I have used Maxi for over a year now and have had no problem. My cooker is also black and gold. It did not rust. I wipe dry the hot plate burner after cleaning. And the other gas burners are fine. I think you can use your warranty since the product is not up to one year. But with another technician touching it already, warranty may not work.

Eya Sisiyemi sorry about your cooker, it's annoying especially in this period when things are really expensive, that's why I prefer tried and trusted brands. Reading customer reviews on brands is also good. I use Beko gas cooker Hub and Beko electric Oven.

Ignis cooker is good but expensive.
You can take the cooker back to where you bought it. I believe it is still under guarantee. Did it not come with parts guarantee for 10 years.
