  3. Lady in traditional Moroccan chicken tajine we don't put Paprika, cumin… That go in sharmola for fish 😮😮!!! Sharmola For chicken we put turmeric and green olives. Ginger saffron are ok. But red paprika and cumin No… Cumin for tajine of beef meet….

  4. We always eat Tagines with Moroccan Bread never with Rice, we cook Tagine always in the Tagine pot and it never goes in the oven and finally we never use neither Honey nor Chickpeas in chicken Tagines..

  6. Just cooked this for the second time, and it's so so so flavorful! I happened to have some mint pesto as well, so I added a bit to the marinade, and used it in the end to decorate the plate – super happy with the result 💝

  7. Please keep them coming. I am sure to try this dish!. I've loved every dish I have tried so far….so has my Dad! He's finicky about food. Anyway, my favorite so far is the chicken with potatoes…I added kalamata and green olives with basmati rice. Oh boy, is that delicious! Thank you!

    It's about the gyro sandwich/plate. Are the spices for the meat the same spices for the chicken gyros??? Aldi do you make it like a patee' as you have the meat? Thank you 🤗🦋

  9. Great dish! It’s also very easy to make preserved lemons at home, in the refrigerator. It takes 2-3 weeks of time, though it is passive time. Just salt and water on the front end.
