Weh Cbristelle why u don't open for us to see the finish Process oh no 😢. I ALMOST THOUGHT its was pap Cameroon corn starch.
While we used plantains leaf and cocoa leaf they used Cassava leaf oh wa waoo waoo.
One amazing thing is stalk corn to light fire and oh m G I miss home ..wao

Excellent job! Always eat Akpan but never seen it made. Love it with pepper sauce and crispy fried fish. Now, you have triggered a serious craving for some Apkan.

My friend here in the USA from Bamenda, Cameroon called what looked like Akumé, fufu. In our part of the world fufu is made from yam and/or cassava. I hear the same in your narrative. It's all good!
