Even on a good day, back in his prime as the youngest Senator… he was plagiarizing, lying through his teeth, sniffing kids and women inappropriately, and generally admitting his corruption fairly openly. As he’s become senile, he’s lost his filter. Even in 2019, he openly admitted that his campaign had orchestrated the biggest voter fraud, even more than for Obama.
