First women is not being truthful, I was just in Nakanobu Tokyo. Spent 3 months there and I saw maybe 5 black men in Shinjuku, Shibuya and they were all with black women. Maybe they were just traveling together or brother and sister. Also I believe this women saw one black man she was interested in at a club, but because he had a Japanese gf, now ALL black men in Japan aren't checking for her or black women.
