Ols do not follow these recipes for babies below 6 months… Spoke to multiple doctors and they said you must wait till six months or if necessary then after 5 and half months
Great food for baby but at that age you don't know yet if baby has any allergy
It is better to do it separately first and after you can mix any food baby can eat without allergy
