The Court was clear that the speaker wasn't supposed to announce the vacant governor seat because she's still in the office until it's determined by the court up to the supreme court, constitutionally she remains being the governor until the court decided to reinstate her or to order the president to dissolve the Meru county government and a fresh elections be conducted,the mcas aren't the law to fire kawira she remains being the governor indefinitely until the case is decided by the judge and maybe all the way to the supreme court,it can take two years, one year or until after the 2027 elections, there would be no more impeachment because the case is active in Court, the Meru mcas must start getting used with kawira voice and her leadership style until 2027, and maybe those that can win their 2027, elections would still continue working with madam governor kawira until her term ends in 2032, that's the fact we must follow the law and our constitution because nobody is above the law not even the Meru mcas or speaker King and his goons in the senate, however king is supposed to be impeached because he's becoming a dictator and that's how dictatorship began to emerge in the world.
