I tried the egg diet for 3 days and I’m glad to finally do it because it’s one of the best known diets on YouTube. This diet is not healthy but if you wanna do it, I would recommend doing it for 3-6 days not more than that.

  1. It’s the sugar and the apple that killed the additional weight loss on egg fast. Egg Fast is primarily used to get into Keto. You can’t eat sugar and get into Ketosis at the same time. Monkfruit as a sweetener is best when using egg fast or going Keto.

  2. Maybe you didn't get the results you were expecting because you didn't follow the diet to a T? 🤔 at least you didn't gain any weight 🤷🏾‍♀️

  3. Great achievement! But you did it wrong. You are supposed to be in ketose. The sugar will spike your insulin. You are supposed to eat just eggs, apples and oatmeal woth water and nothing else. No sugar no maple syrup or honey. Try it again and you will have better results

  4. I'm going to try this today for 3 days wish me luck. As a diabetic since having my son, I do have sweetener but occasionally in my oats or coffee I have 1 spoon honey or coconut sugar. Give your oats a spoon of coconut sugar taste delicious like bounty 🤣

  6. You didn’t even show us what your weight was in the beginning? Yeah you told us, but you should’ve put your starting weight up on the screen just like you did with the after.
