  1. what is more interesting is to how the state is going to tatoo ntanzi, give him a gold tooth and let him wear the hat that the expect of the very state has said it does not belong to the five and its more disturbing that the leading man gininda formally charged the 5 with robbery now on the the trial within a trial he comes and say it was not a robbery

  2. How can an advocate work so hard for such a long time and being told that he is not going to be paid, more especially by Govt entity like Legal Aid SA….it's so shocking, how did he get involved if there was no assurance of payment???? I smell civili litigation around this in the near future…Note made on Tuesday 12 March 2024

  3. There are too many tactical distractions in this case I may not be conversant with legal processes but I really think the judge president, ministers of finance and justice must intervene…Ratha fair as he can be appears not to be realistic about finishing this…Mgos approach is problematic for Baloyi

  4. If Mshololo was asked the same question the Judge asked Mr Mngomezulu "what is the leading case regarding postponement ?" she was not gonna be able to answer and people were gonna say he is personal …Mngomezulu is very powerful

  5. I'm just wondering those who say it's a bad move for the accused to call those witnesses what do the know about the situation. Do they even know y the defense has decided to call them. It looks like we've got better advocates on the media than those who're actually in court. As for me, I'm patiently waiting to here what they have to say.

  6. If legal aid didn't appoint Mngomezulu, why would they pay him? The defense rather call other witnesses but they refrained from calling Mjiyakho, what are they afraid of? Enough time wasting, these nkabis and their lawyers are playing delay tactics.

  7. The body language of the judge when addressed by Adv G Baloyi about relevance of the prospective witnesses of No1 accused said a lot….to my observation he harbours misgivings about what he is being told….That's my own observation and it my be completely misplaced.. 4/3/2024
