  2. The Bible does not condemn alcohol consumption. It only condemns over consumption. The apostle Paul said in 1 Timothy 5:23 that a little bit of wine is good for your stomach and for many infirmities. I had friends that were always getting sick on their vacations. They were told to take a little bit of wine with their meals and they never got sick again on their vacations. I personally was sick for two weeks with the virus never been sick that long in my life. Someone recommended taking some whiskey and going to bed and the virus was gone in the morning.

  3. I stopped eating peanuts and other lectin-containing foods per recommendation by dr gundry. I also always remove the peels and seeds of foods before eating, and I pressure-cook rice, potatoes, etc to remove lectins from them. Also, I've been soaking my nuts and grains before eating them for a long time, per the book "nourishing traditions" by sally fallon. when I make batter for cakes, etc I allow the batter to sit overnight before baking, thus soaking the wheat. Soaking really helps with a lot of the problems with grains and nuts

  4. I literally just had about 5 peanut butter n saltine cracker sandwiches as a bedtime snack!!! NOT ANY MORE! Gotta get me some sourdough bread, and dump my stash of popping corn (waaaaa)! : /
