  1. The Egyptian FA and the manager are treating Mo Salah so badly and I wish that Salah announces his retirement from international football very soon. The rigged media and malicious ex players like Medo in Egypt are circulating rumors and fake news to promote for their narrative of salah as unpatriotic and traitor

  2. If you want the best possible football for league and international audiences then treat players as people. yes they are paid a lot as pro sportsmen, but in past 10 years or so it feels like profit chasing is equally as important as the actual sport.

How can we expect to see the best of Salah if we wring him dry

  3. look, Egyptian national team sent him back injured to be treat by LFC in Jan, so obv they already accept LFC are the best place for him to be treated and rehab.
He is still coming back from muscle fatigue and it feels like –

LFC – treating Salah like a human being and star prize
Egypt – treating Salah as a star prize and an income stream (tickets)

Plus the venue is in Australia, does anyone ever feel sharp after flying? that's a lot of time flying

  4. It makes no sense all of you bashing the Egyptian FA but the English FA have done the same with other players but it’s not been such a big story and I get Liverpool have a title race but playing for your country should be down to the players it’s an honour to represent your country even at friendlies

  5. It's a friendly, Behave Egypt. The manager of them literally made it sound like Salah chose club over country… You're not having him till June.

  6. Liverpool doesn't need to beg Egypt Salah can simply tell them he won't be available
Saka did that few months ago with England and they understood sometimes nations need to give their players break if they value them

  7. No big deal that people are making of it…he'll play for Liverpool then feel a strange tweak and medical staff will pull him out …its what ALL clubs do and always did since these stupid friendlies began

  8. LFC dont control salah phone if he not answering the phone to the Egyptian FA thats nothing to do with Liverpool. Unfortunately i think they can block salah from playing for lfc if he doesn't report for international duty

  9. Quite right to, risking a £100 million player who’s been injured for weeks and not played a min of football for his
club who pays him millions of pounds to play for them. A friendly game for Egypt is not what he needs and the
risks are huge worn thru don’t know how he will react to his first game playing after injury.

  10. Here's a radical thought, how about asking Salah himself whether or not he wants to play in the International friendly rather than making it all about club vs country !

  11. Egyptian FA is trying to flex their muscle for a meaningless friendly, right in the midst of a hot title battle for Liverpool and Salah. Who’s been mostly injured in the past 2 months. Maybe it’s time for Salah to flex his muscles and declare that due to the extreme situation that he’s been put in, he’ll no longer play for the national team.
