I have a content request: Would you be able to do a detailed video on the process of registering land with the Land Commission. This year I am determined to purchase my first plot of land, but I want to ensure that i navigate the process correctly and eventually obtain a land title certificate. Even just understanding the costs associated with that stage would be helpful.
