y'all act like africa mean black. Look at africa, it's a all continent! they go from brown with maghreb to every shades of black tone, and even white in some places… Yet, if a white person, from Mauritius for exemple, tell you he's african, you're gonna say "no, you're white", continents are not colors
If ya don't get it, lemme make this clear. She is trying to say that you don't have to classify americans and african americans into two separate groups. Since they were all born in america, they are all americans. Using a different term for them is kinda like discriminating them and excluding them.
