Anton will never understand cause like he admitted to, he's never grew up in a under developed community so he would not relate to the plight of most from those communities regardless of their ethnic group; because there is only one race. The Human race. Poverty is the biggest agent to crime because it breeds the crime. You want crime to go down, allow for ALL American cititzens to make a wage that is suitable for a decent lifestyle. Im sure our government would never pass a bill that would make that a reality because poverty is big business in our capitalist country lol. Also a police officer's first priority is to serve and protect the community.
