Anytime i make doughnut, the inside is still raw like it didn't fry to the inside very well. And my oil is not hot at all. It isn't even in medium heat, it is in low heat. I wonder what's wrong.
So I see a few things I’ve been doing wrong 1. The size I cut the dough for the donuts. Too big. And when they proof , the size does not hold and looks like saucers. 😂 2. I think the temp of the oil 3. And how much oil to put in the pot. Girllllll ive been tryna get this donut thing down. I got the dough no problem it’s after wards. Im on attempt number 8. However it wasn’t until attempt number 25 I learned to made pizza dough and make my own pizza now. So ima give myself some grace and keep learning.
