What's African about this apart from the name? To me this is just another Indian dish.
Delicious recipe as I just made it and most likely I would do it again. The only disadvantage, I experienced was the sauce came out to liquid and to thicken it a bit, I dissolved one tablespoon of cornflour in a little water and pour it in the sauce few minutes before I took it of the heat and came into the thicker consistency that I was looking for. I certainly would save this recipe to my favourites 😋 👍

How is this an African dish? The ingredients and process is identical to an Indian chicken curry. The only thing we don't do is pat down and salt and pepper the chicken . The rest is straight out of an Indian recipe step for step.
Could I use stewing beef instead of chicken?
