  3. All NYC B&B's better watch out. Short term stays in NYC are illegal. Unless it's an actual hotel. Thanks to Mayor Adams & DIblasio. But, taking care of the industry is the least of his problems now.

  4. As a Brotha 66, born and raised from the First Colony, AmeriKKKas CAPITAL of Systemic, Institutional systems of racism and hatred towards so-called Black people, the true and ONLY natives of this Planet, Massachusetts.
it's very DISRESPECTFUL towards The Great Ancestors to have you selfish Black business owners who do not follow the same game plane used to create the many Black Wall Streets which existed at one time.
A time when Black Communities existed. A time when the Black dollar circulated 15-20 times affording Us to create by Us for Us only.
You Black business owners today are no more than capitalist. You give nothing back. Suffering from SOCIAL-DIS-EASE. You have no clue, nor do you care how to build a Black Community, where not 1 exist today.
Don't insult Us talking this Black Wall Street talk, where not 1 penny of your money is put towards creating Black Communities.

  5. The South Loop Hotel is NOT in Bronzeville. The historical black Bronzeville neighborhood is 2.5 miles south. This hotel is also not located near the United Center, which is 4 miles northwest. It's as the name states, the South Loop Hotel is in the south loop area. Near McCormick Place , close to chinatown and the lakefront. Hackney"s as shown in the video, is closed. And had been for years. Get your info correct.
