Siku moja mta revoke our land tittle ama pesa yetu iko bank. Government issued us with license then call them illegal. Endea mtu wa illegal poison brew madawa bangi kwanza create job stop closing people business kuna watu wanafanya biashara hapo
Courts 🤔🙄🤣😅😂😂 they don't care
Close bars yes but what about employees? Business owners who pay for licensing? CS Kindiki wachana na biashara ya pombe. Kenyans are trying to eke a livelihood with the tough life in kenya.
Enact the laws in parliament then enforce the law. Otherwise hii roadside declarelization. These should include all professions. Expecially pharmacist, doctors, clinicians etc. These individuals should be given one day per week to practice.
We also have preachers owning tax-exempt enterprises called churches. Funga hizo za mitaani zinatusumbua usiku na makelele na kwanza wakati wanaua ng’ombe na kuku za sadaka
Clear bars Jesus is visiting Kenya next year. Stop alcoholism.
What is whrong in kenya ?..
Wachana na job za watu this is too bad
nothing will change mututho was here
Na kwani bar zilikuwa zimefungwa? Huku Nairobi zimekuwa open 24/7
Good move
Ruto government should fight corruption first.
this cs does not know what he is doing
That's a shot on one's foot
Jesus Christ
Let all bars be closed forever in the name of Jesus Christ
Bars are epitome of wickedness
They started with hustler vs density then they went to finance bill afterwards they gang up against the employed who didn't want housing levy and then to judiciary calling them corrupt because they stood on the right side of the law and now it is them against the bars, i hope after this they will get something else to give to the media
Wacha sasa tufanye usherati na kuiba watu juuu ukijaribu bisna unafanyia sherikali , foolish govmt nkt
Illicit brew is being sold more now and legal sellers are suffering a cost thst its not going to be solved.
Bars are selling a lot of fake drinks which are very dangerous to human health. The drinks are merely chemicals which no one knows what they are. This is all over the place. There is a serious need for the Public Health authorities all over the counties and especially in Nairobi and the countie surrounding it to make a routine testing of all types of alcohol for their alcohol cotent, chemical content, qualty and any other environmental risks.
Is alcohol that bad that kind ikiwa and gachagua have decided to talk about it day n night…kenya has so many problems to deal with…eg. kariandusi fertiliser saga..corruption…etc..
Ameshindwa na kazi ya Banditry
120,000 bars owned by public servants. Livelihood
the prob. is, kenya has failed as a country
we also have traffic offiers in the transport business…
Still pombe will still not sail through. Terrorism laws can be enforced. Killing people through pombe is still terrorism.
If its in kisumu no problem..they can drink everyday
Most matatus are owned by police officers, why betray bar owners, displine your rogue officers,if you are serious why don't you curb traffic police officers who are harsh and notorious to drivers
Anyone can own a business of his choice
We fight the killer drinks, who 👨manufacture it,which brand, who game the licenses but closing bars not solution coz those are few greedy people but the majority do clean alcohol business,so we must fight the killer drinks dealers not bar owners.
When u destroy tusker is that an illicit brew?stop miss using people's lives and jobs .
You need us to deepend on salary where the taxes and deductions are much than what you take home,,, kindiki that's where you go wrong

The unpredictable business environment in kenya is very alarming. The government has become toxic to businesses.

Kenya inchi zuri sana makosa kaigia viogozi awana akili kuogoza inchi ila akili zakuumiza wenye inchi
The law is supreme. You can license bars, take money from the business people and then withdraw the licenses. The time for decrees are long gone.
They have to go through Parliament to create new law for banning certain people to have certain businesses … Or get people to disclose and sign agreements upon employment.
Otherwise its just a road side declaration.
What law is this that stops a public officer from owning any business!
Even Weston Hotel has a bar and is owned by Ruto who is a public officer!
Wachana na watu wapombe pigana na Ufisadi kwanza
Wrong move
Handle critical issues amicably
What of those with matatus?
