After letting Chinese students studying in the US best colleges in the past 30 years and baring our own kids from entering those best colleges, one should not be surprised for Chinese advancement in tech and science. Our kids are good at gender confusion because they are taught by second rated professors and various social sciences. Our kids in the past 30 years were required to have high SAT scores and extra activities. Even with all that, the scholarships still were out of reach for our kids and were for Chinese students. Our top colleges never ask the Chinese students proof of extra social community service or whether these Chinese students were all rounded persons like the way they required of American kids. The 30 years of teaching Chinese kids also grant them academic certificates upon graduation to our defense and high tech companies to practice and develop what they have learned from our top colleges. And we are shocked now? Today we still have too many professors feverishly lobbying for China and China’s interest like they did 30 years ago. Short change our kids learning opportunities is the goal of so many professors or consultants for China.
