  1. I went to Israel 20 years ago, which is a very modern country was then too, but they didn’t really have any grocery stores either. They had markets and I was working for a person who was one of the first grocery stores. They had sort of grocery stores which are complicated, but they’re not really like American American would imagine, and the people I was working with were the first. So I understand that many modern countries don’t have grocery stores. A lot of them still use markets.

  2. Please to all my Africa people im African American dont take it out on us because of one person is not educated about your country… I follow alot of people from Africa that shows places out there the places to eat and live if u were to move… I see you guys have a lot of nice buildings and apartments

  3. I was surprised too. I don't see why we're reacting to her and calling her ignorant. It's a thing of joy when you find something that reminds you of home (whereever that might be) Nigeria IS very poor in the areas that count for the general masses( I have family and friends that live there that can go on rants on why they perceive/know this or disagree depending on where they live*. There are pocketed areas for the rich, those you'd consider rich, then middle class aka those who have more money than the average person ( the ratio of have to have nots is vast). THOSE areas are gated off and seperated. Those areas have very few grocery stores as you'd see in countries like US, China, Russia UK etc. The rest we have are OPEN markets. So don't act like you can find grocery stores left and right in general because I as a first generation in US going back was in fact surprised and disappointed at the same time. (the differences are huge) I lived with a sibling who was in Ikoyi ( super posh area, that resembled first world country level areas) They don't hav consistent electricity outside of these small and pockets of luxury (there was an icecream store there that would have been out of business and I mean out if electricity died for more than a few hours, don't care how huge a generator they'd get for such a thing, electricity is on moreso for these luxury areas, luxury business .) Rather than call Tiffany and Americans like her ignorant how about africans who actually live in these areas actually do informative videos. Do a count of all these numerous groceries and yes, practically document what you have because at the time I was visiting many years back there was literally 1 grocery store, 1 movie theatre in that area. Nigerian movies rarely if ever showcase a grocery store scene. And what news station outside the country would be incentivized to cover pieces about Nigerian grocery stores?? Lets not be smug and patronizing. Document and educate kindly if its a sore spot for you ( I'm speaking to everyone who made reaction videos not just this channel). I see (mainly speaking about Nigerians, other africans can comment) people flexing about cars and mansion and all that. We need more videos about how people are trying to expand economical growth and abundance OUTSIDE these areas of luxury.

  4. I mean, growing up in Africa, we rarely had grocery stores. People mostly shop on markets where everything would be alot fresher. So its nothing wrong with her thinking we didn't have grocery stores, cause they're a more western thing. Flee markets and stands its where its at for us

  5. I can't blame her. I even assume places like India, Middle East and some Asian countries to not have grocery stores instead more of a flee markets. Thats what i see most of the time.

  6. It just kind of sad how propagandized we are about everything. nobody knows the truth about how any of us live. And that’s how they divide us all. Sheer ignorance across-the-board. I am just so damn tired of all of it. Aren’t you? It’s enough already. We’re so much better than this bullshit. 🤍✨

  7. I’ll be honest. I assumed Africa has grocery stores, sure. But I’ve never seen one on tv or a movie. I don’t think to google how grocery stores in other countries look. Some genuinely don’t know. Like Jamaica. I’ve never seen a Jamaican grocery store. People are mad that she doesn’t know something. Back in the day we used to be kind and educate people like this instead of immediately getting offended 😅. The amount of people angry at her? Those people are the real problem. You can tell by her excitement she meant no malice. Have some compassion. What happened to the world 😢.
