I've done some Contract Security work back in 1994 in Haiti, nothing has changed the Military leaders are SHEEP and the police were the only local ones that gave a crap. A armed gang could be taken out very easily. They are locals and any one with cash can find out where they are. All the Military high command who allowed this to happen should be in jail. By the way each gang member has about 30 to 60 rounds of ammunition max, how long do you think before they run from the fight.

Now if any citizens need help and aide from America right now the Haitians do.
