What they scrapped off is just the tip of the iceberg,the real menace is on the VAT on specialised healthcare,imposed lease on land nationwide, the data protection rights,the tax on raw materials of production.
If it's IMF they need to find another way to raise revenue;ever since they set the new tax targets KRA(the Kenyan taxman)has not been able to meet the threshhold, infact everytime they seem to miss the tax target by a big drop
