Thereafter will be easier to either amend or overhaul the whole constitution to address the rotten cancer in Kenya, as follows
0. Reduce the Executive powers. In particular removing the Controller of Finance & Budget offices from the ministry of Finance to be completely independent by answerable only to Parliament.
1. Launch an international case on the Odious debt on behalf of the Republic of Kenya without the approval of parliament against the IMF & World bank ASAP
2. Fighting the uncontrollable war on corruption through Acts such as Lifestyle Audit to all individual in Political class, Govt officials to Civil servants who have unexplained wealth. Singapore & Malaysia are no longer termed as third world nations due to huge developments by eradicating corruption through sentencing to death by hang on the same day to convicted public looters. (Blocking the Justice delayed justice denied corruption)
3. Implementation of digital voting system that’s tampered proof where voters can verify their cast using a mobile phone after voting. Where the final outcome is strictly announced the following day as its free from voting corruption like India, Brazil & Mexico.
4. Enforcing the rule of the law anchored by the constitution of Kenya. To no man is above the law and where possible the president can also be sued even including negligence of duty
5. Parliament Restructuring laws on oversight duties, Amendment reviews, reducing Members capacity and voting standards including of the need of Televised in all sessions for proof of action. Additionally, the need to restructure the counties Govt to a minimum of 7 for a considerable period until the country is running on surplus budgets and major infrastructure developments are meet.
