  1. The most impactful machine and exercise in the gym..to really build your butt as much as the gym will ..is the hip abductor machine. The one where you lift the weight, by opening and closing your legs. Do those with your ass not touching the seat. You will thank me

  2. For a guy with large glutes which wasnt my intention to grow to begin with I'd recommend free weight barbell squats especially paused squats , deadlifts and dumbbell lunges should be your go to. Telling someone not to do pause at the bottom is silly as thats where the money maker is. Pausing at the bottom, holding for 3 seconds and slowly going back up while contracting. I can see why your booty isn't bootying just yet

  3. Any advice for at home workouts than can increase glute size and provide nice shape? I’m not big on going to the gym but I do enjoy at home workouts a lot.
