  1. So many young men focus only on protein as though it's the only nutrient we need. It's important to remember, we're primates! We cannot be fully healthy without plenty of fruit, vegetables, pulses. But we absolutely can be fully healthy without meat and dairy.

  2. Unless you have very good genetics the best way to get good gains on a vegan diet is gear. I was vegan 8 years and it was a lot easier for me when I added meat and eggs back into my diet. I don't hate on veganism but most of these guys are on gear. That goes for 90% of fitness yt in general.

  4. I don’t know about soy products. I think women have to be careful if you have some thing that’s filled with soy I just feel like it. The last 25 years have added it in so many products but they didn’t used to and study show that it can cause a hormone balances. I’m not sure if that’s still the case but I was just wondering if anybody else knows this is true..
    Also, is there like higher quality tofu, not really sold on that yet?
