Africa Boxing Union President arrives for convention in Uganda

Africa Boxing Union President Houcine Houichi arrived in Uganda this morning ahead of the Africa Boxing Convention, which is set to take place this weekend at the African Hotel. Houichi, who will also conduct a ring official training seminar, says poor officiation is one of the major challenges facing professional boxing in Africa.
