It is South Africa's dam. SA build it and paid for it. Lesotho should use the money to provide for its people.

It's rather odd that your journalist posed that question the way that he did, as for the answer he received it and how your journalist glossed over the fact that the water was for South Africans who funded it, and the project is more than a decade over completion time us concerned that Lesotho not South Africans get the water!!!!

South Africa doesn't have water crisis, all the reservoirs are in white's farmers in All provinces, with lease agreements for 100 year's R1 yearly, surely many don't know that or not willing to talk about it,lake's are man made,fresh water,near municipalities can be used, plenty underground water,when can't they use or someone must always eat? how many litres are sent to oceans yearly on the northern Kzn ? so it's good to do due diligence before you publish something

i greww up in Limpopo South Africa, I remember my parents fetching water from the river when I was young and buying water from trucks until they managed to do a borehole well. this is sad and it is still happening among all African Countries.
