Fufu or pounded yam with curry chicken or curry goat and is really good. I literally go to the store just for fufu or pounded yam and cook my curry meat

Another protip
With the scissors method wode maya showed you, you slightly press the middle with your thumb, so there's a hole in the fufu so it can fetch more soup.
Then you pass the fufu with the soup to the pinky and ring finger and middle finger with the thumb supporting it then swallow quickly
