Here we are 3 weeks later. Unfortunately, about 50 of the people in this video never made it out alive. They were locked in, and nothing has been heard of them.
Some that made it out alive were abducted by the government police and their bodies have been showing up all over the country.
The West, especially the US, should reconsider their relationship with dictator William Ruto. Kenya has sent 'police' to Haiti to 'help bring peace'. The Kenya police have constantly been voted top ten most corrupt in the world according to Police Corruption Perceptions Index. So far, they have shot dead over 50 peaceful protesters in the last 3 weeks. It makes one wonder what really is the goal of the US in Haiti using such a tainted police force.

For crying out loud,we can sincely not accept to be taxed further when the public purse is used for such useless budget items as:-
I) Office of the 1st lady,Deputy president's wife and another one to some 'super cabinet secretary.And yet another to 1st daughter of the president.Let the elected (or rigged-in) honchos pay the bills of their wives as all of us do wether employed or unemployed.Worse,the money these ghost beneficiaries get have negligable or zero impact to Kenyans lives
2) Office curtains,carpets and endless renovations pisses us off.For instance you find an office built at a budget of Ksh.400 million asking for a renovation fee of Ksh.700 million.Damn! Why not knock the entire building and bring up a new one?
3) Loads of tea at the office,Fresh flowers and actual flower girls in the government offices.Again who needs to purchase flowers in Afrika ,yet you can strut to the nearest bush and freely get tonnes of them of varied hue?
4)Money for preachers,unnecessary travels,sitting allowances are among the litany of irritants here.
All we ask Ruto and his line administrators is simply adhere to the constitution OR else,we pay them a visit.
The level of disrespect… A question of security even for citizens.
Even if Ruto goes, this violent disrespectful behavior from the youth, will not stop. And now since they got away with this, the next time, they will invade State House. They will invade government offices. They will invade people's homes. No one is safe in Kenya.
