3. First off the master bedroom is small with an unfinished closet. The temperature control wine area (not room) is a problem and so is the wet bar right next to the kitchen (?). Unfinished pantry, bedrooms with unfinished closets. Bonus room is a joke but it is listed for $3 million. The problem is there is a sucker who will buy this house on a small and you still need to fork out money to finish the house. Real estate market is shameful.

4. the laundry room is good size. Please spend 20 seconds more in the garage. Some would like to see the ceiling height to install an automobile lift. The epoxy garage floor is a positive.

11. Hello, This is a wonderful example of a goal for people who have been denied the privilege of generational wealth building. I grew up in a row home in Baltimore, Maryland. Living a life sheltered in city life, until I traveled and saw what possibilities were available. I grew up in a three-generational family. Parents and grandparents, all share the responsibility of ownership. Somehow the life of row house living gave the siblings a false sense of security. And everyone wanted their own space and home. But watching this video I hope others will see what I've been wishing for families for a long time. That is a true family that shares in the well-being of the family's needs. Past, Present, and Future. What I take from this is an opportunity for families to consider a family that prays together and will stay together. And that generation to follow will help secure a start for the next. Thank you for sharing this. Set the standard, Start right and we won't be wrong!

12. The shower like spa did it for me in the bathroom I think in the house the kitchen and the bathroom it said it speaks value and I will take that big country island out it will have to be smaller. Once again it takes too much space away from your kitchen. But other than that this house is beautiful. And I forgot to mention the yard is beautiful the landscaping.

13. This is a dream house to have everything is flowing down to the decor it's not too big and it's not too small everything is just alright love love love love love love love love love 💝🫶💯🫶💝💯🫶. This is a dream home no I do have one complaint in the bed first bedroom the decor it needs to be changed out.

15. Simply beautiful, stunning home. The outside front entrance is anticipation leading into what inside when door is open. The backyard is impressive. I would add a fig tree. Bathrooms are outstanding. Would've been great if basement was finished but I understand that the home does offer quite a lot at this price point . Is that a chandelier hovering over the table or I'm unfamiliar but what elegances. Everyday would be a day of euphoria. Blessings to the future owner

18. Unfinished closets, unfinished pantry and no basement for 2.9 mil, maybe 2.6 mil. As is this same home 5 years ago would be 2 mill.
