Blaming refs when the free throw difference was criminal. LA lived on the free throw line. Nuggets visited occasionally.

This is very simple for the Lakers. Very basic, they forgot center player like Howard or mc.gee to stop jokic. AD should play power forward. Twin tower can stop jokic to scores and rebounds.

I think the thing that really hurt the Lakers morale was the fact they played some of their best basketball of the season. AD was being a monster. D-Lo was being efficient and deadly at the 3. The rest of the starters were playing well and Denver was playing some of their worst basketball. They were missing open shots and couldn't get into rhythm.
This was a game that the Lakers absolutely should have won all things considered but Denver took their best shot and kept coming. It's like in boxing when you manage to land your best punch on an opponent and they just smile back like it was nothing.

So after the all these years it's safe to say Kyrie was 100% correct when he implied that Lebron is not clutch.
They blame the refs but the Lakers have been the most complained about team on getting special treatment from the refs. 7 teams have complained about them this season. Nobody else has complained about that for other teams but the lakers. These lakers are just not good enough.
