  4. Mama, about your clothing line. Will you have a proper website where we can browse the clothing, sizing and colour etc? I don't use social media like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. I would love to buy. From what your daughters wear, I can see you are so talented and professional, MashAllah.

  5. Salamoon Mama, Great to see you back in the vids. I hope you continue with your recovery and are soon on top form, InshAllah. Can I give you some tips on healthy cooking?… For cooking Asian foods, it's good to use an oil with a high smoke point meaning you can heat the oil to a high temperature, as we do with curries etc. Olive oil is ok but I see your using Pomace oil. Pomace oil is squeezed from the skin of the olives. The virgin olive oil is the actual oil from the flesh of the fruit. It is better to use Rapeseed oil which is a bit pricier. If not then a good quality veg or sunflower oil. For breakfast try and use butter. People avoid butter as they think it's fattening but it's good fat. I use organic butter and it last about 5 days. Making small changes helps alot for healthy cooking. I lost 3 stone in 1 year 3 months by gym twice a week, healthier cooking and by eating 1600- 1800 calories daily. I would still snack a little after my meals lol…. Sometimes I would do intermittent fasting but it's also important not to eat after 6 or 7 so your body is naturally fasting until breakfast time. Hope this helps!💚

  7. I have the same breakfast 😋 .. mine omelette with mix peppers, onions , chilli flakes & cayenne pepper .. in my avocado I put in lil bit of lemon & black pepper or I will have mint chutney without yogurt or with yogurt😋.
