Dogs may guard the home and help out on hunts, but cats guard the grain storage from vermin. Thank cats for safekeeping our beer and bread before they are made.
1:47 “Mrrup”
I allways assumed that cave men domesticated saber tooth tigers and the slowly changed over time similar to dogs as wolves
Aw, it’s cute that you think humans domesticated cats when they clearly did it of their own volition.
The question is: was the cat killed in order to make company to his owner in the afterlife or the opposite?
I enjoyed this PBS, thank you.
Then you brought your cats to "America" and nearly wiped out all of our native cats, we had bobcats and cougars everywhere. now cougars are called mountain lions because they are to scared to be in the valley now since there is no wild forest in the valley. Although mountain lions still be traveling through creeks to get to other mountains.
So have humans also domesticated themselves?
8:06 meow
2 different cat genes might be true, because cats are either so chill that you could flip them upside down and they do not care, or the other gene that will maul you the second you reach for them
Kitty
PATTO THE CATTO
We never domesticated nought, my cats are wild animals that are only calm when they are asleep
You mean when they domesticated us.
This is not true.
Felines domesticated themselves.
They literally changed their meow(which they only do to humans)as a human child needing help cry….so the humans would stop using them as bush meat.
1:14 they never poop in house lol 😂
Who domesticated who?
please bury me with my babies, i want to be with my girls forever
You packed an impressive amount of info in a really short video. Well done.
As usual, you never answer the original question 🙄
what was it that made cats and humans partways and stay separate for centuries and then finally come together again?
I understand the prejudice for cat behaviour but my cat is the sweetest most sensitive cat in the world, no special breed just classic European cat, the vibe is there
What kind of lighting equipment was used in this video?
Man, you find a cat, give a box and some ham or sausage. There, cat domesticated.
I am a 100% positive, there is a cat channel, making a documentary about " How we made Humans our slaves and worshippers"
Cats helped our civilisations flourish.

A pregnant cat got in our shed and she gave birth there. I feed them everyday but kitties aee still scared.
Cat: YOU mean I should show more respect to you? overthink…
A cat poops in a litter box and we clean up. We feed a cat when they demand it. We give a cat affection on their terms.
Who domesticated who?
I love cats. I hated them growing up but slowly I began to learn more about them and then I got one for my other half and now we have two. It’s funny that a dog person can be converted to a cat person.
According to Egyptian Drawings it looks to me that they domesticated us😂
Humans seeing furrys since 10.000 years ago be like
: «Pspspspsps»
That cat that was burried together with the human is so sad. It's only recently we stopped killing the pets of the deceased to be buried with them
