Yep! I’ve never regretted getting my ahhh up and going to the gym, but I have always regretted NOT going bc I “didn’t feel like it” at the time. Same thing with school and therapy—the days u don’t wanna go are the days you should push yourself to stay disciplined.
U know that unstable excercises like one legged ones reduce muscle Fiber recrution. Reason is more risky. Body knows that and try to avoid injury. But makes IT ineffektiv compared to stable excercises. I have a big butt too from squats.
Y'all be doing too much. Just need squats and lunges with free weights, and kickbacks. Stay away from that smith machine. Also, eat some potato chips need jelly back there, not a boulder 😂😂
