INGREDIENTS:
Blend to the right consistency (see in the video):
– Dijiir or digiir: Mung whole beans or Adzuki beans
– Mix beans
– Chickpeas (optional)
– Half of an onion to blend
– 4 + garlic cloves
Mix with the rest:
– Another half of an onion chopped very small
– Half of chopped Jalapeno (optional)
– Salt to taste
– 2 to 3 tbsp of flour (optional)
