Hi Louis can you please advise how to invest in stocks. And which app do you recommend. I would like to buy stock on the JSE or the sp500.
Hi Louis, Is your spreadsheet shareable.
Legend. Thanks for sharing
Thanks Louis. Why has Johannesburg properties hardly gone up in value over the past 5 years? What impact do you think the election will have on property values in SA?
Hi Louis, is there an email address to contact you on? I would like to enroll for the course, but I need a formal quotation.
Hi Louis, how do you suggest going about vetting a potential tenant? Is there a quick way to do this diligently?
Thank you for the information!
Hi Louis I have R250K +-cash. Still fixing my credit profile. I need property. please advise. Or other investments Thanks 🎉 compliments of the new season
Where and how does one register for a Trust, how does it work…. I have 3 properties in my name already, I feel like i'll run out of buying power.
great video !
You do need to VERY carefully look at where your property is. I have a property I am stuck with that is valued at R130000 more than what anyone is willing to pay, meaning if I want to get rid of this, I will lose money. Another thing is the rental, the norm for a 2 bedroom would be around R7500, I can't ask more than R6500 or no one will rent. Supply and demand in certain areas will bomb your decisions, so make 100% sure where you buy and DO NOT BUY through someone like Igrow or some developer selling dreams, dad also had a horrible experience.
Property and perceived ownership is a Matrix tool
Good day my name is pheko menzi Mokoena, I know this is not the platform or the video but I was wondering how do I join your property course?
Kind regards: PM Mokoena.
Can you do something with salary of R6000 p/m
Louis! You are just giving the same advise as everyone else
Great video, really solid advise 👍🏽
Great video. Can you talk more about the structure that will allow you to enjoy the tax benefits?
Hej Louis, first of all great work on your videos and a huge thumbs up all the way from Belgium!
I have a question regarding some international property and some apartments in Hatfield, Pretoria.
I have 3 student flats that I rent out but they are still not transferred into a trust. I have saved up for a 4th appartement but would it be wiser to first place the 3 into a trust and hold back on buying the 4th one or is my thinking wrong.
Thanks again and keep up the great work.
Hi Louis where can I get that Excell sheet that you use to make your calculations
Hey Louis,
Hope you're doing well! I just wanted to say, Keep making those awesome videos; they're super helpful!

Hi Louis
Love your content, would you recommend your strategy in Cape Town?
Using the 1% rule it seems that nothing here meets the criteria unfortunately.
